Job Description
Ensure to follow up with all clients to ensure timely delivery as well as equipment condition.
Ensure successful maximization of sales opportunities results.
Study, learn and interpret competitive methods, pricing and tendencies.
Ensure to follow up on entire rate inquiries and pending deals closure.
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Requirements And Skills
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Account payable (Administrative)
Job Description
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Keeping track of stock data
Requirements And Skills
Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English, Malay & Chinese and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
SPM graduates are welcome too
