Indoor Sales Coordinator 

Job Description
  • Ensure to follow up with all clients to ensure timely delivery as well as equipment condition.
  • Ensure successful maximization of sales opportunities results.
  • Study, learn and interpret competitive methods, pricing and tendencies.
  • Ensure to follow up on entire rate inquiries and pending deals closure.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Requirements And Skills
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

Account payable (Administrative)

Job Description
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Keeping track of stock data 
Requirements And Skills
  • Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English, Malay & Chinese and in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • SPM graduates are welcome too

Storekeeper Assistant

Job Description
  • Being a Storekeeper checks materials and supplies and reports when stock is low. 
  • Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. 
  • reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes. 
  • Handle daily stock in and out arrangement
Requirements And Skills
  • Ability to handle forklift
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in English, Malay
  • SPM graduates are welcome
